Tea & Infusion Preparation
Cardamom may be prepared as a warm aromatic spice infusion or added to chai-style tea blends.
- Use 2–4 pods or a small pinch of crushed seed per cup
- Lightly crush pods before use if preferred
- Add freshly boiled water
- Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes
- May be blended with cinnamon, cloves, ginger, black tea, rooibos, or milk
