Refund policy
This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled. The aim is to provide clear and consistent expectations before an order is placed.
Returns
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Returns are only accepted for new items.
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for eligible items.
- Items must meet the same return conditions.
Return Method & Fees
- Returns are processed by mail using a courier service.
- A return shipping label is provided as a downloadable document.
- A flat return shipping fee of R99.00 applies.
- No restocking fees are charged.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
- Products that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Important Notes
- Return requests submitted after the 3-day window may not be accepted.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless required by law.
