Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled. The aim is to provide clear and consistent expectations before an order is placed.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Returns are only accepted for new items.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items.
  • Items must meet the same return conditions.

Return Method & Fees

  • Returns are processed by mail using a courier service.
  • A return shipping label is provided as a downloadable document.
  • A flat return shipping fee of R99.00 applies.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
  • Products that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Important Notes

  • Return requests submitted after the 3-day window may not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless required by law.
