Tea & Infusion Preparation
Boldo Leaves may be prepared as a strong herbal infusion. Due to their distinctive flavour, small amounts are usually preferred.
- Use approximately ½ to 1 teaspoon dried leaves per cup
- Add freshly boiled water
- Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes
- Strain before serving
- May be blended with mint, rooibos, or lemon peel
